Canaanites
The Bible reports: “The earth came to be ruined in the sight of the true God and the earth became filled with violence. So God saw the earth and, look! it was ruined, because all flesh had ruined its way on the earth.” (Genesis 6:4, 11, 12)

Yes, in Noah’s day Jehovah viewed the earth as ruined because of the violence and wickedness of mankind.
JEHOVAH saved the earth from ruin at the hands of men.

He did so by means of a global flood in the days of Noah.

We have no record that men were ruining the physical environment back then.(LIKE IT IS NOW) But the earth was ruined in another way to such an extent that God felt the need to act with the utmost severity.

Yes, in Noah’s day Jehovah viewed the earth as ruined because of the violence and wickedness of mankind.

But NOW in our day the earth is being ruined in lots of ways

What about today?

Are we not also living in an age of uncontrolled violence, bloodshed, and immorality?

Regardless of what man does to try to rectify the damage he has done to the physical earth, he can never restore to life the millions who have died in wars, nor can they bring back the millions murdered by criminals or the countless sad victims who die of hunger.

Certainly, humans cannot restore millionsof unborn babies whose lives are ended by abortion each year. Can we doubt that the earth is being ruined in JEHOVAHS sight by such things—not to mention by the immorality that is so rampant today?

it is no wonder that the TRUE GOD JEHOVAH is going to bring to ruin those ruining the earth REVELATION 11;18....
And as psalm 53;1 says

The senseless one has said in his heart:
“There is no Jehovah.”
They have acted ruinously and have acted detestably in unrighteousness;
There is no one doing good. psalm 53;1

Reason tells us that JEHOVAH must soon act to save the earth from man’s ruinous activities again ,and Bible prophecy confirms this.

Just as a landlord ejects a destructive tenant, so God will “eject” those who ruin his beautiful creation, the earth.

The Bible states: “As regards the wicked, they will be cut off from the very earth; and as for the treacherous, they will be torn away from it.” (Proverbs 2:22)

This coming divine action the Bible calls Armageddon. (Revelation 16:16) Jesus also called it “great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again.” (Matthew 24:21) It will be even greater than the Flood.

he did it before and he will do it again , JEHOVAH HATES BAD WAYS

Fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom.

"But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him, who, after He has killed, has the power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!" -Lk 12:5

This is why God Most High wants us to learn the difference between EL Elyon, God Most High, and Yahweh, or Jehovah. They are not the same God and the Armageddon reference in Revelation is God's signal to search the roots of Judeo-Christianity to discover how Jews mixed the two gods together and thereby created a thoroughly schizophrenic deity. "Armageddon" is the Greek translation of the Canaanite word for "Divine Assembly" in which EL Elyon presided over a pantheon of lesser gods and goddesses, one of whom was Yahweh. See Deuteronomy 32, Psalms 82 and 86 in Hebrew for confirmation of this. Christians are faced with the Armageddon Choice to either follow the lesser war-god Yahweh, or to follow Jesus's Abba, his Father, God Most High, EL Elyon. You can't follow both at once without doing disservice to one or the other as Jesus' wisdom about following two masters at the same time tells us.

luke 9;35
And a voice came out of the cloud, saying: “This is my Son, the one that has been chosen. Listen to him.”

the voice that was speaking here is JEHOVAH PSALM 83;18 and he wants us to listen to his son JESUS CHRIST
The Canaanites were also grossly immoral, and this too affected God’s view of the land. He warned Israel: “Do not make yourselves unclean by any of these [immoral practices], because by all these things the nations whom I am sending out from before you have made themselves unclean.
Consequently the land is unclean, and . . . the land will vomit its inhabitants out.” (Leviticus 18:24, 25) Immorality and bloodshed ruined Canaan to such an extent that God destroyed the Canaanite nations.

Pure Jewish propaganda without a shred of historical evidence. FYI, the Canaanites were also known as the Phoenicians and they gave the world the first alphabet which you are presently using. They were traders and not warriors and they were fantastic explorers for their times--coming all the way across the Atlantic to North America where Phoenician artifacts have been found. Jewish propaganda castigates them as some sort of savages when the reverse was more true, the Hebrews coming into Canaan as genocidal maniacs killing men, women, and children to steal Canaan away from Canaanite populations, something Israelis are mimicking today in modern Israel.

When you let religious propaganda run your intellectual life you become vulnerable to historical truth exposing your prejudices and that's what's happening again and again as historians and archeologists uncover the ancient past.

If you would turn to professional historians and not religious propagandists you could read about the Canaanites as they really were and perhaps you'd even discover EL Elyon, as the Canaanites knew God Most High and learn that EL had a son in the Canaanite pantheon of gods and goddesses, that son was Yahweh. So, if EL Elyon is God Most High, how can His son, Yahweh be God Most High?

I think most likely it went into the polar ice caps...

Maybe if we dig deep enough into the ice cores we can find satan's foot prints where he was busy burying dinosaur bones, to fool "evolutionists"

As regards this thread, to summarize... we are all doomed, the world is going to end. What can we do? Biomystic knows the way of course... he is our saviour according to his website.

Is there anythign else we can do besides reading a webpage that will prevent our deaths from the eternal cleansing of God?

It is I who am you, it is you who are me. wherever you are,I am there. I am sown in all; you collect me from wherever you wish. And when you collect me, it is your own self that you collect.

RE: Canaanites
The earth is still flooded to some extent. Seawater covers about 71 percent of the earth’s surface. And if the glaciers and polar ice caps were to melt, the sea level would rise to covers cities like New York and Tokyo. Geologists studying the landscape of the northwestern US believe that as many as 100 ancient catastrophic floods once washed over the area. One such flood is said to have roared through the region with a wall of water 2,000 feet high, traveling at 65 miles an hour; a flood of 500 cubic miles of water, weighing more than two trillion tons. Similar findings have led other scientists to believe that a global flood is a possibility.

RE: Canaanites
Scary, and yet the ice caps would not under any conceivable circumstance melt within a short span of time. At very least, it would take millennia before the eastern antarctic ice sheet collapsed. Considering how much human settlement has shifted in the past hundred years, I doubt we would find such a gradual increase in the water level too jarring. Overall, the amount of inhabitable land would not be significantly less, and would probably increase if one accounts for Greenland yielding up all of that land that hasn't been settled since the vikings. As for North America, if the ice caps expanded rather than melted, parts of it would become iced over like much of northern Canada is. Any significant climate change will re-draw the zones that are best fit for human habitation.

-again, to bring some clarification to biomystic claiming that El had a son named "Yaweh", he is referring to Yam, whose name *appears* to be rendered "Yaw" or "Yw" in one damaged and somewhat illegible text of the Baal Cycle. This appears to be the basis for much of what he says in regard to Elyon and Yaweh. However, both Yam and Baal were at times referred to as "Yw" or "Lord" of the Gods. As Merit has observed, it is also known that Yahweh had Baal's wife, the queen of heaven, paired with him by pagan Israelites.

At the same time, I do agree with bio that the record of the Canaanites is Jewish propaganda. The ancient Israelites were huge xenophobes, so I can't help but laugh at gentile Christians parroting their condemnations of their neighbors. No doubt they'd think you were uncouth and filthy too.

That flood was no way near a global flood. It happened at least twice in the same Missoula watershed when glaciers that had created a ice dam melted and released all the backwater. The idea of a global flood is physically impossible. The atmosphere could not contain enough water vapor for it to happen. Again, look at where the Flood story originated in Iraq--from Babylonians living in the Tigris and Euphrates flood plains as the reed temple below shows:

As someone who has lived through a major flood (killed 9 people in our valley) floods are something very scary to floodplain dwellers so of course an End of World scenario for scaring belief into believers could easily generate a super Flood story.

From whence would such a wall of water come, we have just experienced an earthquake that tilted the earths axis, the resultant tsunami was a couple of feet high. How do you propose a wall of water 2,000ft high could be created? Perhaps by an earthquake that destroyed the earth?
