Paul told Timothy to appoint leaders who were spiritually mature to the church deacon and elder boards. I think a lot of times churches get into trouble because people are appointed who are popular or related to someone instead of their spiritual maturity or because they have money. If we only did things the way the Bible teaches instead of pandering to the flesh we would all be better off.

RE: Christian Leadership Training
''investments'' ''boards''?

The Churches I know are more focused on God's word and helping people to use their faith and conquer in life. And it works.
