Good point. Extremist interpretations of scripture in general leads to horrible behaviour.

Now Sue is not a real "extremist" but e.g. the Westboro Baptists are... so there we can see what clinging to scripture can lead to.

Well -- I appreciate your Not grouping me in with the Westboro Baptists -- but to say that My argument for disapproving of homosexuals is exactly the same as those who claim that 'god' told them to kill themselves by driving the planes' into the building -- 'god' saying it's 'moral'. Well -- outrageous comparison.

I didn't make that comparison. Someone else did, but he compared the reasons for it (clinging to dogma - anything goes in that case), not the actions itself.

Come on now, you don't really believe that HIV/AIDS is between heterosexuals and not homosexuals.

Sue, your ignorance is scary. Yes, it started (in the 70s/80s) as an outbreak in groups of homosexual men, from the nineties on, it is mainly transmitted between heterosexuals. See here:

So, whether you like it or not, heterosexuals nowadays are the problem.

Don't cling to a mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it
