I think it looks better now, with reconstruction finished. Other than that, I think they tried their hardest to reconstruct it the way it had been, despite huge opposition. I plan to go see it if I ever go to Israel.

This is a beautiful Synagogue located in Jerusalem, Israel. We had an opportunity to see it during our last vacation to Israel. Is there currently plans to renovate this Synagogue to expand the capacity?

Of course not. It's a rebuilt synagogue, not a new one. The point at rebuilding it was to rebuild it as it was.
