Is it logical to use logic in a illogical universe?
I am wondering if logic is a useful tool in deducting things in a universe which possibily is not logical.

Yes. Based on the number of seemingly constant laws of physical nature I think it's unwise to assume the universe has *no* logic. The very tangible results produced by the application of these logical observations (you know, science) makes it more likely that the universe is not completely illogical.

If ignorance is bliss why aren't there more happy people?

If you look hard enough there is a pattern in everything. Plus if you take everything that we've learned so far through logic, what reason would there be to suddenly stop using it?

It seems more likely to me that our logic is flawed than the that the universe isn't logical.

I consider logic as just our way of structuring our thoughts in a certain order so that what we experience makes sense. I don't see the universe so much as "logical" as I do "ordered for a purpose".

Yes; just because there isn't necessarily a reason or order for some things doesn't mean it can't be used for anything. And anyways, we still have probability for those particularly weird things. Sure, logic will only get us so far, but we might as well get there first before deciding what to do about it.

The universe could not be illogical, just not fit in with our defenition fo what is logical.

The universe is Chaos in regards to time and existence.
The universe is Order in regards to Physical Applications such as atomic energy.
