Um....your point?

If everyone was thinking the same thing, then no one would be thinking at all.

RE: Jesus and 'Hellfire'---
Protection from the Truth? Depends on which truth you are talking about. The truth that no one really knows the truth and just go with what makes the most sense to them personally, or the truth, that only what I think can be true, and everyone else must be wrong?

Hell = The grave

So, if I get cremated, no hell?

If everyone was thinking the same thing, then no one would be thinking at all.

The ashes would be your 'grave', Gamer.

RE: Jesus and 'Hellfire'---
Awesome. So when my ashes are spread to the wind, my grave would be where ever the wind takes me. Not to bad. Kinda like the idea, even though I will not be thinking about it when it happens.

If everyone was thinking the same thing, then no one would be thinking at all.

Out of curiousity, Mad, do you think that you're advertising your faith well here?

EA- you must admit, it makes more sense that all the endless contraditions of Churchianity- where dying doesn't MEAN being dead- just changing forms...and resurrectuion doesn't MEAN returning to Life, but returning to your old body...etc!

I am NOT advertising anything; I am sharing what I have discovered.

What faith or church are YOU 'advertising'?

Oh, I openly admit that a great deal of things make more sense then others. Thus the reason I am an Atheist, at the moment.

Yes, any afterlife, does not make sense to me. Resurrection, does not make sense to me.

The idea of a spirit and soul does not make sense to me.

Thus much of this I have to agree with you on.

If everyone was thinking the same thing, then no one would be thinking at all.

RE: Jesus and 'Hellfire'---
Does it make sense that we find ourselves in bodies that have the organs and senses to enjoy life SO much, in such a beautiful environment- and to live less than many plants?
