Proper Meditation
The inherent system of the Throat Meditation within the body.

Start out with awareness of the back of your throat where the air enters the passage towards your lungs, the little punching bag, or even your tonsils. Feel this place and visualize yourself as being with it.

Than realize that all of those feelings come through your thyroid gland, which uses chemicals to create feelings. Become firmly aware that when you are aware of a part of your throat or any part of your body for that manner, you are aware of the feelings in which your thyroid gland create, to give you the best experience of your throat.

Now you simply go to your voice box, visualize it and feel it, begin to chant Om. This is the most basic part of life, the chanting of Om, this is where you put your pure intent within the soul of creation and see what it is like to resonate that within the word Om. This should be a heavenly experience alone, if you experience any tension it is because your thyroid gland is creating chemicals to show you what is more important than Om'ing at that moment in your life.
