Honestly, I didn't do a lot of searching, and I didn't verify the claim, and very little was said about it on the particular site I am speaking of, but the statement was made:
"The above table lists the Book of Daniel with the Prophets, as found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, instead of the Writings as found in the Masoretic texts." You can see the table on the following site, about half way down the page:

I have no definite idea what this is supposed to have meant. The table shown is the organization of the Tanakh, that is, the Jewish scriptures as opposed to the OT of Christian Bibles, with the exception that Daniel was moved to the Prophets column. I suspect that it may be not that the DSS scriptures were organized into groups but that the significant number of fragments of Daniel found at the Qumran site suggest a more important status than Writings. In Christian Bibles, Daniel is in fact grouped with the Major Prophets. Ref
