The first two victims of the Inquisition!
Ananias and wife Sapphira [Acts 5:1-11]!
In the coming centuries they would compute into the millions.
Why would a religion of love KILL to teach a stewardship lesson?...
Try your answer, if you dare.

More bakeries less churches; more baking powder less religion.

Do you respect the Bible? I don't.
It's not a holy book: it's an evil weapon!
[I can prove it.]

RE: The first two victims of the Inquisition!
This is a serious classification about the Christian Religion.
It killed two of its initial members FOR MONEY!
If you are scared to comment, I understand.
The same "holy principle" applied today would have SERIOUS repercussions for Peter and his bodyguards [the young men in the fable]. He would be charged with murder.
The judge would tell him that there was another way to resolve the impasse: rescind Ananias and wife's membership status. Let them go look for a more liberal sect.
And Peter would be punished with death in certain countries!
So much for the first pope of the future RCC cult!
...
Religion is cash above justice.
I have always asked what happened to Ananias' money in the story?
What do you think?

"The bible is not a weapon , just used as an excuse for war."
Great sentence! It is true!
I will save it for future use; with your permission. Thanks.
