Who wrote the bible?

RE: Who wrote the bible?
Many ancient manuscripts were written down versions of stories passed on orally from generation to generation. Many of the authors are unknown even for the New Testament. Many writers wrote manuscripts and then signed some well-known person's name to it to give it more credibility. For example, it is well known that Matthew, Mark, Luke and John did not write "Matthew," "Mark," "Luke," and "John." I believe there are only seven books actually written by Paul. There were many candidate manuscripts from which to select for the first Christian canon, but politics and power (Constantine) played a role in what manuscripts where chosen. God played no role in any of the writings. They were all written by primitive human beings trying to make sense of life and the world around them. There are many factual errors and direct contradictions in the Bible. This is not to say that the Bible is not without value. My personal opinion is that it has great value. It has value for history, for life's lessons, for ethics and morality, for poetry, for human beings' ideas about God, about good and evil, and for describing life from around 1800 BCE to around 100 AD. It is indeed "a" good book, but not "the" Good Book.

RE: Who wrote the bible?
(03-07-2011 06:42 PM) Wrote:  Moses was told he was the first to hear the name, "I Am" (HYHY).
But, that was only while God and Iesous (Jon 8.24) were speaking, otherwise it would be blasphemy.
Moses taught "He is Prince of God" (Israel) to address God as, "He Is" (HWHY).
Genesis was written containing Moses' newly learned name, "He Is."

This was about, 1625 BC, and Iesous Anointed sealed up the Bible in AD 67 -- with a curse.
This was connected to, "Death of Antipas" -- AD 66 -- Josephus.

Moses asked God for his name in order that he might be able to tell the Israelites in Egypt, who had sent him. And God said; Exodus 3: 14; "I Am Who I Am/YHVH." You must tell them: 'The one who is called "I AM/JHVH" has sent me to you.' Tell the Israelites that I, the Lord, the God of their ancestors, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, have sent you to them.

Deuteronomy 18: 18; YHVH, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, says to Moses; "I will send them a prophet like you from among their own people; I will tell him what to say, and he will tell the people everything I command. He will speak in MY NAME etc.

Peter confirms that Jesus was that man. Acts 3: 22; For Moses said; "The Lord your God will send you a prophet, Just as he sent me, and he will be one of your own people, etc."

Did the people of his day believe that he was the Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The God of our ancestors? No, they did not, for on the day of his triumphant entry into Jerusalem, the people escorting him cried out, "Blessed is he, who comes in the name of the Lord." Verifying that they believed Jesus to be the one that God had prophesied that he would choose from among the Israelites, and send to the people to speak in his name.

John 8: 24; confimes that Jesus was the one chosen and sent to the people to speak in the name of "Who I Am."

John 17: 11; reveals that "Who I Am," the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, gave his name to his servant Jesus.

John 5: 24; "Whoever hears my words, (Which were the Words of YHVH/Who I Am, that he commanded the man that he had chosen from among the people, to speak in his name) and believes in him who sent me, has eternal life.

John 17: 11; HOLY Father! Keep them safe by the power of your name, the name that you gave to me, etc. (What is the name of our heavenly Father, the name that our Father gave to his faithful servant Jesus?)

John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Acts 3:19; “Repent then and turn to God, (Not to Jesus, but to God) so that He (God) will forgive your sins. If you do, times of spiritual strength will come from the Lord, and He will send Jesus, who is the Messiah that he has already CHOSEN for you. The man Jesus, was chosen and made both Lord and saviour by “Who I Am”.

Acts 3:13; The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our ancestors has given divine glory to his servant Jesus.

Act 17: 31; For he (The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.) has fixed a day in which he will judge the whole world with justice by means of a MAN he has CHOSEN. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising that MAN from death.

Isaiah 42: 1; The Lord says, "Here is my servant, whom I strengthen---the one I have CHOSEN, with whom i am pleased. I have filled him with my spirit (Which descended upon him in the form of a dove, as the heavenly voice was hear to say, "You are my beloved in whom I am pleased, TODAY I have become your Father.) and he will bring justice to every nation.

Jesus, is the first of many brothers to be chosen from the body of mankind, and is the cornerstone to the new glorious immortal Temple of the Lord, which is to replace, (on this earth, as the supreme ruler,) his mortal temporary tabernacle, which is the body of mankind, where, in the inner most sanctuary of his temporary tabernacle he currently dwells, (For the kingdom of God is within you). And it is our brother Jesus who says in Revelation 3: 21; "To those who win the victory I will give the right to sit beside me on my throne,(Which is the throne of our Father) Just as I have been victorious and now sit beside my/our Father on his throne.

1st Timothy 1:1; From Paul, and apostle of Christ Jesus by order of God our Saviour and Christ Jesus our Hope.

Jesus was the first of many brothers to be raised from the dead, the first to win the victory and to receive a share of the glorious immortal body of light that of our heavenly saviour, which was torn asunder and poured out as fire on the heads of all those who believed his words as spoken through his servant "Jesus" for our salvation.

In his new glorious body of brilliant and blinding light, He, on the road to Damascus, answered Saul's question, "Who are you Lord?" with these words, "I am Jesus of Nazareth whom you persecute,"

And Jesus our brother, was given divine glory and now sits in the throne of our Father, and we the chosen ones who have born the image of the first Adam, shall also bear THE IMAGE OF Jesus, "The Second Adam," (in the eternal process of change/evolution, for mankind does not close the chapter in the book of evolution) a new creation of bodies of Glorious and blinding Light that is the new Temple of our Lord that is to replace God’s old tabernacle (Mankind) as the ruler on this earth of all creation.

First, MAN was created a little lower than the angels, then he is crowned with glory and all creation is placed beneath his feet. All creation is placed beneath the feet of MAN who is crowned with glory, we have not yet seen this happen. But we have seen Jesus, the first born from the dead, who has won the victory and was given divine glory by our heavenly Father and saviour, and now sits in His heavenly throne of Godhead: and who, in Revelation 3: 21; invites we; who win the victory also, to sit with him in our Father’s throne of Godhead within the creation. And all creation Visible and Invisible, which includes even the angels, will bow at our feet.

RE: Who wrote the bible?
Although I have just recently posted this in another thread, I believe that it is applicable here also. Enoch, through his earthly scribes, was the author of the Bible.

And no man has ascended to heaven except he who came down, even the Son of Man who is in heaven

Who descended from heaven? The only man to have ascended to heaven, where he was placed before the throne of the "The Most High" in the creation, which was surrounded by glorious creatures who served the Lord, “The Book of the Secrets of Enoch” 22: 8; The word’s of the only man, of who it is revealed in scripture, was taken by God while still alive, See Genesis 5: 24; where he was translated, (Changed from one form to another, while keeping the original essence of that from which the translation was made) see Hebrew 11: 5; "Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him."

“And I fell prone and bowed down to the Lord, and the Lord with his lips said to me: ‘Have courage, Enoch, do not fear, arise and stand before my face into eternity.’

And the archistratiege Michael lifted me up, and led me before the Lord’s face.

And the Lord who held the ransom blood of righteous Abel which could redeem only one man, said to his servants tempting them: ‘Let Enoch stand before my face into eternity,’ and the glorious ones bowed down to the Lord, and said: ‘Let Enoch go, or let Enoch be released according to Thy word.’

And the Lord said to Michael: ‘Go take Enoch from out his earthly garments, and anoint him with my sweet ointment, and put him into the garments of my glory.’

And Michael did thus as the Lord told him. He anointed me, and dressed me, and the appearance of that ointment is more than the great light, and his ointment is like sweet dew, and its smell mild, shining like the suns rays, and I looked at myself, and was like one of his glorious ones.

And the Lord summoned one of his arch-angels by name Pravuil, whose knowledge was quicker in wisdom than the other arch-angels, who wrote all the deeds of the Lord; and the Lord said to Pravuil: ‘Bring out the books from my store-houses, and a reed of quick writing, and give it to Enoch, and deliver to him the choice and comforting books out of thy hand.

The Lord then commanded Enoch to write down the names of every man who would ever live and the position for each soul into all eternity, for all souls are prepared to eternity.
Enoch is the author of the Book of life.

The book continues to speak of Enoch’s writing, how he wrote his wonderful Journeying and the heavenly apparitions that he witnessed in his ascent to the end of all time, then after Enoch had been escorted to the ends of this cycle of universal activity, and had witnessed the end of all things and beheld the universe burn up and fall as massive columns of fire beyond all measure in height and depth into the Great Abyss (Black Hole) which is the prison of all the stars and the host of heaven, beyond which was nothing but a horrible waste, and he had recorded all that he had seen in his 366 books, God gave him thirty days in which to return to earth and reveal his writings to his children.

From the book of “The Secrets of Enoch.” After telling the escorting angels to return Enoch to earth for thirty days, in order to reveal his writing to his sons, an ancient angel colder than ice was called forward to touch Enoch, and ‘The Most High’ said to him, “Enoch, If thy face were not frozen here, no man on earth would be able to behold thee.”

After revealing all that he had seen to his children, which is contained in too many chapters to bother about here, in chapter 50, Enoch says to his children; “I have put every man’s work in writing and none born on earth can remain hidden nor his works remain concealed. I see all things.

Now therefore, my children, in patience and meekness spend the number of your days that you may inherit endless life, etc. In chapter 50: 2; Enoch says this to his pre-flood children, “You see how I wrote all the works of everyman, before his creation etc.”

Now my dear friend, perhaps you may understand How Paul, the disciples, and the prophets, and we, who like our brother Jesus are able to win the victory, and are invited to sit beside our brother in our Father’s (Enoch's) throne of Godhead within the creation, were chosen to be among the elect and immortal fiery ones, who will dwell on earth among mankind, before they/we were even born.

RE: Who wrote the bible?
I don't refer to God as "I AN," my God is "Who I Am," and who I am was in the begining and has evolved to become "Who I Am," The holy name of Godhead, which is given to his chosen successor.

I am who I am, may I never loose sight
Of the fact that I am, "who I am," day and night,
I'm not who "I WAS" nor "WHO I WILL BE."
For "WHO I AM," is the name that "MY GOD" gave to me.
