I take it you are not talking about an overarching religious/governmental system that allows no deviation from the prescribed doctrine. Nobody else in the society thinks any different to anybody else, because they are not allowed to under penalty of death.

It is true that micro-organisms and immune systems struggle against each other. And if there is a God who ordered the universe for a purpose, that is part of the purpose. But how does this unseen struggle in which human will has little or no part relate to the conventional religious view of a God who cares about humanity?

Faithful man Job did not understand why he had lost everything including his property, family and why he had his painful disease. He blamed God saying: “Almighty God has shot me with arrows, and their poison spreads through my body… If only he would go ahead and kill me!” – Job 6:4. However, if you look at the beginning of Job, it shows you that Satan was the culprit who afflicted Job. God does not create diseases…
