RE: Sharia Law
After thinking I think that killing apostate is not a law in Islam
Because the messenger accept it to be intercede
And there is no verse a bout killing
And the Hadeeth ask to kill people who "The leaver's religion. Junctions of the group"
And that means who transfer from Islam and become traitor
There is one a problem with one Hadeeth
"Who change his religion kill him"
I search a lot about this Hadeeth which does not contain the condition of being traitor like others
But who transfer this Hadeeth do not mention its storey
So it is not clear at all
People who convert to Islam are changing their religion
However if the prophet accept Intercede in that
That means for sure that is not a law
Bin hazem Andalusia has that opinion
He explain that in his book
al_mahali
If any Arabic wants to read I do not think it have a translation

RE: Sharia Law
I think that maybe it will be useful to tell you that there are conditions to cut the thief hand
First he should sue you
Second: to be thing with economical value
That means more it worth more than 1.0625 gram of gold (which is 24th kind can we express it like that in English)
Third: what he stole should have been saved well before the stealing process or there will be no cutting
Forth: if he stole any thing there is no cutting
Fifth: if there was famine no cutting

Don't come on these boards and threaten a longstanding member. Or you can just go away.
